O Handebol é uma versão um pouco mais feminina do famoso futebol que ouvimos tanto falar. O que conhecemos é um tanto brusco, é necessário uma habilidade física um pouco maior e tem um número muito grande de homens, se uma mulher quiser jogar profissionalmente, infelizmente fica quase impossível de seguir uma carreira profissional e ganhar um bom dinheiro. Isso não é só no Brasil não, em qualquer outro país é assim que funciona. E foi aí que criaram o handebol, um esporte com as regras e fundamentos adaptados, de modo que as mulheres se sentissem mais atraídas pelo jogo e assim o mesmo se popularizou.
Basicamente, os fundamentos do handebol dizem que você pode usar as mãos, e normalmente deve ser jogado em uma quadra fechada, também conhecida como salão. É como se misturassem o futebol com o volei, contendo assim arremessos e passes ao mesmo tempo. Está tão popular hoje em dia que é quase impossível encontrar uma escola que não forme um time de handebol, por exemplo. As meninas realmente se empenham e ocorrem campeonatos de tempos em tempos.
Mas se você quiser jogar profissionalmente, lembre-se de que é necessária muita dedicação, quando eu estava no colégio, lembro que as garotas da escola sempre jogavam, treinavam duro, participavam de competições e tudo mais; o único problema é que ao mesmo tempo elas jogavam volei, basquete, e diversos outros jogos. Tudo bem, se for apenas por diversão, do contrário, recomendo que foque em algum esporte e siga em frente, somente nele.
