Era só aguardar a confirmação via email, porém não consegui nem mesmo abrir o site correspondente para fazer o cadastro, ficando muito decepcionado com a atitude desrespeitosa da empresa, que só cai em meu conceito, fazendo-me realmente pensar em trocar de prestadora.

Pois e tambem recebi a mensage e nada de consegui entrar isso ta virando palhacada.
Também estou na mesma situação, por telefone eles não respondem, sem contar com a demora no atendimento. No mesmo dia fiz 5 tentativas e nada. Estou começando a querer mudar de operadora também. É um absurdo e um descaso total, pois nem por e-mail eles dão algum sinal de vida, tudo que eu quero é uma simples satisfação.
Pois é pessoal, também recebi uma mensagem assim. Tentei várias vezes acessar o site e nada. Isto, na verdade, é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, eles nos fazem de palhaços. Parabéns Claro TV, mais uma vez deixando o cliente de lado; é por isso que muitas operadoras estão sendo punidas pelo mal serviço prestado e espero que em breve sejam vocês.
O mesmo do Deoclécio. Fiz várias tentativas para ter o benefício mas não consegui acessar. Digitei CPF, código e nada.
